Key Account Manager

Account Management:
• Maintain complete data records of Key Accounts such as store list monitoring, promo monitoring,
personnel directory, key plan summary, display counter summary etc.
• Accurately and timely enlistment of new products, promotions and other in store initiatives
• Fulfillment of requirements of Key Accounts for their HRIS and other related activities concerning
personnel management.
• Communicate company marketing campaigns and communication plans to assigned Key Accounts
• Execute and supervise key account marketing and communications plans and oversee our key account
marketing campaigns and plans.
• Establish and maintain good working relationship with Key Account's decision makers and anyone with
respect to the handled categories.
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by key accounts and deal with complaints with substantial
solutions to develop and maintain trust and confidence among retail partners.
