About the Role
We are looking for an active field salesperson with a strong hunter mindset who is passionate about finding new customers. This position involves canvassing sales and aims to grow our presence with companies switching to MASCOT workwear and safety footwear. You will spend the majority of your day in the field, seeking out end‑customer sales opportunities and working independently to identify prospects and convert them into serious customer relationships – benefiting end customers, our distributors, and Mascot. Our products are highly regarded for comfort and durability, and your job is to convince both users and buyers why it pays off to choose MASCOT quality, while all sales are conducted via our distributor network.
