Key Account Specialist

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

This role has been created within the Hospitality and Foodservice unit to lead the portfolio and sales expansion of Consistent into the Fine Foods segment. This segment encompasses premium meats (including beef, pork, lamb and seafood), and high-end culinary ingredients.

The Key Account Specialist is a field-based sales position responsible for driving sales growth and business development by building strong customer relationships and acquiring new accounts.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identifies new customer leads for Fine Foods in the Hospitality and Foodservice industries thru desk research, referrals, field work and marketing executions. Recommends where should we prioritize our growth efforts & what is needed to do so.
• Identifies customized product opportunities, for in-house production to win long term whale or key account customers.
• Recommends pricing strategies, product offerings, and buying needs.
