Key Account Specialist

Responsible for the business breakthrough in Mid-High segment of In-Vitro Diagnostics industry
Be able to identify or analyze different customers requirement, procurement process on high segment customers, and competition analysis in each different business segment.
Develops or grow business on new or existing Key Customers (Accounts) per region by having a thorough understanding of its needs and requirements
Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and business partners/distribution channels
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Bachelor degree or above in Medical, Bio-medical, Life Science or related discipline.
