Job Description

1. Establishes and fosters a competitive sales team environment in which the representatives will be challenged to perform and achieve cooperative goals and objectives.
2. Provides leadership and guidance, coaches, trains, develops and holds accountable department staff, resulting in well trained, reliable inside sales representatives.
3. Monitors productivity and quality of team performance to meet/exceed overall sales target
4. Encourages and motivates team to perform within sales and service goals and objectives. Provides on-floor supervision of day-to-day sales activity.
5. Monitors attendance and ensure guidelines are being followed.
6. Conducts performance reviews, coaching and corrective counseling as needed
