Job Description

Introduction

An opportunity has opened up at Mpact Plastics Pinetown. This is a multi-faceted role, requiring a high-energy professional with a background in sales and customer management, ina Manufacturing environment The incumbent will report to the Sales Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Achieve and improve upon the annual agreed sales turnover to achieve maximum profit (individual sales versus actual sales achieved)
  • Complete monthly sales forecasts (versus actual sales achieved)
  • Continuously improve and expand the current customer base and identify new markets and conversion opportunities
  • Monitor actual sales budgets and targets
  • Continuous update of price guidelines
  • Provide price and product information to customers and potential customers
  • Negotiate product specification
  • Work closely with the Design Team
  • Manage customer queries...
