Key Accounts Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Proven experience in sales or key account management, preferably in the food manufacturing, FMCG, or agribusiness industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse customer relationships effectively.
• Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities to forecast sales, track key metrics, and develop business plans.
• Experience in sales of consumer products preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
• Excellent leadership skills
• Experience setting sales goals
• Proficiency in MS Office and data management tools.
