Job Description
The Key Accounts Manager is responsible for the strategic development, commercial performance, and operational excellence of DK's presence within assigned modern trade and national retail chains.
This role owns account strategy, commercial negotiations, revenue growth , profitability management, and relationship building at decision-maker level. The KAM ensures DK achieves sustainable growth, optimal shelf visibility, and strong execution standards across key retail partners such as:
- Pet specialty chains (e.g., Pet Express)
- Hardware and lifestyle retailers (e.g.; Handyman)
- Major mall operators and supermarkets (e.g., SM Supermalls, Robinsons Malls)
- Mass retails chains (e.g., Waltermart)
- Membership shopping chains (e.g., Landers Superstore)
The KAM is a strategic leader and business owner , while Key Account Agents are responsible for day-to-day operational execution at store and branch level.
