Job Description

                    Job Responsibilities: Support the company's growth in the laboratory services sector and ensure long-term client satisfaction through effective relationship and territory management 
Handle client inquiries, renewals and service concerns, and conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions 
Provide client feedback and market insights for service development 
Ensure high client satisfaction and reduce churn 
Identify and build new partnerships in target industries (manufacturing, food, environmental) 
Analyze trends and adjust market strategy accordingly 
Drive market expansion in the assigned territory (either NCR or Region 3 – Pampanga) and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets 
Promote value-added services and custom packages 
Maintain sales pipeline for upselling opportunities 
Develop quarterly territory sales plans
