Key Accounts Specialist

Primary Responsibilities:

• Communicating with clients and gathering information about a project's scope, budgets and timelines to ensure customer satisfaction
• Finding and qualifying leads and closing sales deals with existing clients or new prospects
• Prospecting new sales by cold calling businesses
• Organizing regular client meetings to ensure excellent customer service
• Creating new sales opportunities through networking and turning them into long-term partnerships
• Preparing and presenting proposals and bids and negotiating terms and conditions with clients
• Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
• Maintain regular contact with clients to understand and meet their needs
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction and to maintain the company's reputation
