Key Accounts Specialist

Responsibilities
・Key Accounts Specialist – Dental Consumables is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding strategic key accounts across Dental Universities, Dental Service Organizations (DSOs), and Government institutions in Malaysia.
・Drive penetration across dental universities, including individual faculties, clinics, and departments.
・Establish and maintain strong relationships with lecturers, clinical instructors, department heads, and procurement teams.
・Support local sales teams and dealers in university account development and product adoption.
・Plan and conduct Continuous Dental Education (CDE) programs, workshops, and hands-on training sessions with in-house Dentists.
・Promote product usage in teaching, training, and clinical environments to build long-term brand loyalty among future dental professionals.
