Key Accounts Specialist

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 1 year experience in E- Commerce Industry as Key Account Specialist or equivalent.
• Manage and optimize our online sales channels on Lazada, Shopee, and other platforms.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Analyze sales performance, conversion rates, and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate strategies.
• Develop and implement effective strategies, increase conversion rates, and maximize revenue.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on sales, and key performance metrics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
