Key Accounts Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. A bachelor's degree in business management, Communications, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Business Administration, or any other related field.

2. Proven Experience in Key account with a reputation of achieving revenues and goals.

3. Proficient in all Microsoft office applications as well as CRM software.

4. The ability to handle multiple client accounts without compromising the quality the quality of service.

5. The ability to build rapport with key clients

6. Strong negotiation and Leadership skills.

7. Exceptional customer service skills.

8. Excellent communication skills.

9. Preferably with background from FMCG, Consumer Health, or Pharmaceutical environment.
