- Complaint management
- Ticket handling
- Respond to client's queries via outbound calls, WhatsApp and emails
- Working on forcefully open, refund, and operational queries
- Strong relationship building with clients & close inter departmental coordination for timely resolutions
- Data management / daily activity reports
Job Requirement:
- Having 1-2 years experience in coordination & client handling
- Complaint management solution
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- MS Excel

Pay: Up to Rs50,000.00 per month
