**The Position**



The Key Institutional Manager (KIM) plays a pivotal role in driving access to innovative therapies by acting as a strategic partner across the entire patient journey. This role goes beyond traditional sales, encompassing strategic account management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure patients receive timely and optimal care from pre-hospital to in-hospital settings.



**Tasks and responsibilities**



+ Lead the development and execution of strategic account plans for key institutions, aligning with business objectives and patient needs.

+ Map and manage institutional stakeholders across the continuum of care (pre-hospital, in-hospital, and post-discharge).

+ Identify and address institutional barriers to patient access and treatment initiation.
