Key Operator cum Technician

Report to: Supervisor / Executive / Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identification of daily production planning / target.
• Execute the allocation of qualified manpower and correct material for daily production at every workstation is properly arranged before production starts.
• Physically check each workstation daily set up to ensure they meets the required Standard Operating Procedure and Set Up Specification with reference to the daily production schedule/manufacturing instruction.
• Inspect, check and monitor all facilities and equipment is in good working condition before production starts.
• Trouble shooting and handling of daily nonconformance events at all workstation, and report non-conformance event, segregation and identification of non-conformance items by making use of appropriate traceability records to identify before use and after used non-conforming items.
