We Are Hiring – Key Posting Officer (KPO)

Location: Karachi Head Office

NASA Chemicals (Pvt.) Ltd., a national manufacturing and marketing company specializing in lubricants and auto-care products, is looking for a Key Posting Officer (KPO) to join our Karachi Head Office team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately post and update daily sales, secondary sales, and stock data in ERP/Excel systems
• Maintain and analyze sales reports, incentive sheets, and performance dashboards
• Prepare MIS reports for management, including trend analysis and variance reports
• Ensure timely reconciliation of sales, dispatches, and returns
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Supply Chain teams to ensure data accuracy
• Monitor targets vs. achievements and highlight discrepancies
• Maintain structured databases and ensure data integrity at all times
