Key Punch Operator

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Key punch sales data such as orders, invoices, pricing, and customer details
• Convert handwritten or printed sales documents into punched cards
• Verify accuracy of punched data and correct errors
• Sort, label, and organize punch cards for sales processing
• Assist in preparing sales summaries and reports
• Maintain confidentiality of sales and customer information
• Follow established sales codes and data formats

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum Intermediate or Graduate
• High accuracy in typing and data entry
• Attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Basic understanding of sales documents and transactions
• Ability to meet deadlines during peak sales periods
• Good organizational skills
