Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements for contract lifecycle processes
Configure Icertis ICI components including templates, clauses, workflows, and metadata
Design end-to-end CLM processes for corporate contracts
Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Sales, and IT teams
Support UAT, training, and go-live activities
Ensure alignment of CLM solutions with business objectives and compliance needs
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint-based delivery
Provide functional guidance and best practices for CLM adoption
Must-Have Skills
5+ years of experience in CLM implementations
Strong hands-on functional experience with Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI)
