Overview

The position ensures efficient collaboration across the region to maintain standardized global processes, SAP templates, and IT structures, while driving continuous improvement and supporting strategic initiatives such as digital transformation and process optimization.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure adoption of the Global SAP Template and enterprise configurations across the region.
• Act as a regional guardian of global processes, reviewing and approving local adjustments when necessary.

Enable Regional Collaboration

• Lead meetings and working groups with plant‑level Change Designers.
• Foster strong networks to support process adoption and operational excellence.

Ensure Documentation

• Maintain high‑quality documentation for scalable rollouts using platforms such as SolMan or EnableNow.
