Strategy
• implementing the RTA’s committees/teams' system, including policies, models, and mechanisms as per senior leadership directions.
• Coordinate with concerned units to apply the committee system across the RTA and provide status inputs.
• Prepare and review draft administrative decisions of RTA and joint committees for alignment with legislation, policies, and procedures.
• Compile data and materials for studies on committees/teams and structures with agencies and sectors to address management directions and work requirements.
• Prepare structured study summaries and attachments for submission to leadership.
• reviewing draft administrative circulars to confirm conformance with approved legislation, policies, and procedures.
