Job Purpose

Lead and oversee commercial transformation and investment governance initiatives through policy development, strategic evaluation, and project management to enhance RTA’s financial sustainability and ensure alignment with its investment strategy.

Roles and Responsibilities

·Prepare and update the investment strategy and monitor implementation in coordination with relevant departments.

·Develop frameworks and plans for commercial transformation, including readiness assessments, carve-out initiatives, and financial structuring.

·Formulate and update policies, procedures, and guidelines for investment and commercial activities in line with the Authority’s investment objectives.
