Duties and Responsibility
Able to use creative and innovative ways to communicate with our customers. (Whatsapp, Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, Shopee, Lazada and Emails.)
Assisting in responding to the email enquiries and hand over enquiries to relevant departments for follow-up and report to the team leader.
Assisting in managing customer Enquiries, Complaints and Requests in a positive manner.
Assisting in preparing weekly reports on Enquiries received, handed over, and any other strange and unique requests from customers.
