Job Overview
As Customer Experience Executive, you are responsible for the experience of the customer from the start until the end of the relationship with the customer. The relationship starts when a customer contacts us from the various platforms where we are on, including but not limited to our own website, Whatsapp chat, emails, Lazada, Shopee, Facebook and Google.
This role will be part of the Innovations Team at Fire Fighter. You will work closely with the rest of the team to ensure that your role is done to the best of your abilities.

Duties and Responsibility
- Manage all communication through our chat platforms (Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger) , Meta Business Suite Facebook, Instagram), Shopee Chat, Lazada chat and Emails.
