Become a key player at Kickbox as the Manager of Client Services, overseeing operations for Email Industries in a rapidly evolving SaaS context. Leverage your management expertise in customer success and operational strategies.
This role invites you to direct and mentor the Customer Success team at Email Industries while establishing the new team at Kickbox. Your focus will include enhancing team skills, managing technical support, and navigating escalation processes. You will be pivotal in contract management and value-based pricing to ensure optimal account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and lead dual-brand Customer Success teams
• Provide oversight for technical support operations
• Resolve issues through direct collaboration

Requirements:
