Deliver Forbes Travel Guide standards to ensure service excellence for all guest
Attend to duty on time in the proper uniform well-groomed as per resort standards.
Attend daily briefings/debriefs held by Guest Activities Leadership Team
Set-up/Facilitate/Clean-up activities in Kids Club as per daily program.
Be able spontaneously entertain children during scheduled activities and assist children with any requirement they have in the Kids Club.
Be interactive and fun while facilitating games and activities as per daily schedule (indoor and outdoor)
Be fully trained and educated in handling children of age 3-12 years old, ensuring that children are attended to in a correct manner as per resort standards
Trained and knowledgeable in emergency procedures, Pediatric First Aid and CPR
Trained and knowledgeable in handling incidents, accidents or other emergencies
