Social Worker / Social Work Executive (KSP)
Roles & Responsibility:
The KSP will work with parents, caregivers, and relevant systems in the following areas:
1. Building child development knowledge and parenting skills
2. Enhancing parent-child relationships
3. Supporting parents in enabling their children to meet age-appropriate developmental milestones
4. Child safety and well-being
5. Key life transitions (Primary School transition support)
This includes but is not limited to:
A Intake and Enrolment
Process referrals from a variety of sources, including hospitals, community referrals, self-referrals, government agencies and other SSAs.
Engage families about the programme, seek consent from and determine the eligibility of families for KidSTART programme.
Collate and maintain accurate and complete set of data in SSNet and on internal databases on a...
