KidStrong Camp Coach Role

Become a Camp Coach this summer with KidStrong! We are looking for individuals with high energy to lead our exciting KidStrong Camps and engage with children daily.
Camp Coaches will work flexible shifts from Monday to Friday, either in the morning from 8:30 to 12:30 or in the afternoon from 12:30 to 4:15. Commitment of at least six months during the summer is essential, along with a genuine love for coaching kids and fostering their development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate fun and dynamic activities for campers
• Encourage teamwork and a positive group atmosphere
• Provide support and encouragement to children
• Help coordinate camp schedules and programs
• Ensure a safe environment for all activities
Requirements:
• High energy and enthusiasm when working with kids
• Preferred experience in youth coaching or education
• Must be available for a minimum of 6 summer months
