The project
 ! As a Kidswear Design Specialist you are responsible for designing and developing the complete Hackett London Boyswear collection.
What will the role entail?

Manage the design process from concept to final product.

Conduct trend research and analysis specific to the kidswear market.

Sketch and develop original designs for all categories.

Create detailed technical packages (tech packs) for garment production.

Select fabrics, trims, and other materials for each design.

Collaborate with the production team and garment tech.

Participate in fit sessions and provide feedback.

Maintain an organized archive of designs, fabrics, and trims.

Manage the PLM system, including uploading tech packs and BOMs
