kindergarten care centre supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Ensure smooth-running of daily operations at K-Care Centre inside a Primary School

· Mentor and supervise team of K-Care Officers to ensure compliance to SOPs, safety and health standards

· Take a class and conduct prescribed indoor/outdoor modular activities whenever needed

· Maintain and build rapport with various stakeholders, especially school and parents

· Handle administrative duties related to the K-Care Centre (e.g. registration and withdrawals, administering of subsidy applications etc)

· Handle emergencies and administer first aid, where applicable

REQUIREMENTS

· Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Teaching (DECCE-T)

· At least 2 years of relevant experience in a preschool setting, preferably in a senior teacher/supervisory/leadership role

WORKING HOURS

During normal school term: 9.30am to 7pm (Mon to Fri)

During school holiday: 9.5-hours shift between 7am to 7...
