The Adel DeSoto Minburn Community School District is seeking applicants interested in fulfilling a long term substitute teaching position for a Kindergarten classroom at the start of the 2026-27 school year for approximately 6 weeks.

Adel Elementary is a progressive preschool through first grade building with small class sizes and an energetic, collaborative staff. Adel Elementary educates approximately 400 students and is located directly west of Waukee on the edge of the Des Moines metropolitan area.
