Job Summary
The Kiosk Attendant is responsible for providing friendly, efficient customer service while operating a kiosk in a high-traffic environment. This role includes assisting customers, handling transactions, maintaining a clean and attractive kiosk, and ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, selections, and purchases
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash, card, or digital payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kiosk area
- Restock merchandise or supplies as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
