In this full-time role, you will be responsible for creating exceptional Asian-inspired dishes that delight our customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing and cooking a variety of authentic Asian cuisine, including signature dishes and daily specials
2. Ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
3. Collaborating with the kitchen team to optimise workflow and efficiency
4. Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
5. Assisting with menu development and recipe testing
6. Providing excellent customer service and responding to feedback
