Overview

Good Eats by SSI, a subsidiary of Rustan Group of Companies, is currently looking for Store Team Members to be assigned to SaladStop! Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring that all salad bar ingredients are complete and properly prepared according to the standards of food quality and safety.
• Prepare all ingredients for the day.
• Organize stocks and ensure that FIFO procedures are followed.
• Weigh and record individual ingredients for wastage tracking.
• Make the inventory of all the ingredients.
• Follow proper standards and procedures in the preparation of food ingredients.

Qualifications

• College level, preferably with subjects related to Food Preparation. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• SHS level or HS Graduate (old curriculum) with relevant work experience.
• Preferably with Kitchen (preparation) experience.
