Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
• Ensure all food is cooked and served on time while maintaining consistency.
• Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including equipment and workstations.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages to the supervisor/chef.
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Culinary certificate or training is a plus.
