• Meal Preparation & Plating: Efficiently cook and plate high-quality dishes according to established recipes, ensuring every order is visually appealing and served promptly.
• Station Preparation: Organize and stock your workspace by chopping vegetables, portioning proteins, and preparing sauces to remain fully prepared for busy service rushes.
• Safety & Sanitation: Maintain a spotless work area while strictly adhering to all health department regulations and food safety protocols to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Stock & Waste Management: Monitor ingredient freshness using first-in, first-out rotation and accurately track waste to control costs and ensure the highest product quality.
• Kitchen Collaboration: Communicate clearly with the chef and front-of-house staff to coordinate timing, ensuring all meals are delivered to guests simultaneously and on time.
