Job Description
Responsibilities:
Administrative & Coordination:
- Assist the Executive Chef in coordinating daily operations of Kitchen Department.
- Maintain and update Kitchen reports, records, and databases, including menus, pricing, and inventory.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls related to Kitchen operations.
- Schedule and organize department meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
Operational Support:
- Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth food and beverage service operations.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and track stock usage to prevent shortages.
- Assist in menu planning, updates, and coordination with chefs and restaurant managers.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, hygiene and safety regulations, and Kitchen standards.

- Assist in scheduling and rostering Kitchen staff.
