Job Description

Responsibilities:

Administrative & Coordination:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in coordinating daily operations of Kitchen Department.
  • Maintain and update Kitchen reports, records, and databases, including menus, pricing, and inventory.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls related to Kitchen operations.
  • Schedule and organize department meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.

Operational Support:

  • Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth food and beverage service operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and track stock usage to prevent shortages.
  • Assist in menu planning, updates, and coordination with chefs and restaurant managers.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, hygiene and safety regulations, and Kitchen standards.
