Casual self-service concept serving up yakitori/skewer dons. Working Hours & Info: . Location: Near Kent Ridge MRT at NUS Campus . Full time: 6 Days / Week or 5 Days / Week . Fixed PT: 4 / 5 Days / Week (A) KITCHEN CREW Responsibilities: . Assist in food preparation & cooking tasks. . Assist in monitoring and managing kitchen inventory, including restocking. . Ensure the quality of food and adherence to SOPs. . Work together to ensure smooth operations and timely food prep. Assist in cleaning duties. . Comply with food safety & hygiene requirements. . Work with kitchen to clean down equipment and station etc. . Flexibility to handle various tasks & adapt to changing priorities in kitchen. . Assist as assigned by the mgmt. Requirements: .
