What you'll be doing

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu according to recipes.
• Follow portion sizes and cooking SOP strictly - no guesswork.
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety protocol.
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
• Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to deliver excellent customer service

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar kitchen crew or cook role within the f&b industry
