JOB OPENING AT BIRU BIRU

Note: We are a cafe & bar that serves alcohol but no pork

Full Time Salary RM1,700 - RM2,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in food preparation process (washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and seasoning different kinds of meats

• Cooking and preparing dishes

• Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items are received and are good quality

• Taking inventory of restaurant and notifying the supervisor when stock is low

• Cleaning and ensuring that all the work stations are organized and properly sanitized

Requirements:

• Relevant prior work history and experience in a commercial kitchen

• Knowledge of current food health and safety regulations

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment

• Able to work night shift, OT, weekends and public holidays
