Good Eats Specialists Inc. (formerly known as Specialty Food Retailers, Inc.), a subsidiary of Rustan Group of Companies, is currently looking for Store Team Members to be assigned at Shake Shack - Greenhills (Upcoming Store 2025).
Responsible for executing the day-to-day operational duties and responsibilities of the Shack that supports operational standards and the culture of Enlightened Hospitality.
Duties And Responsibilities
Prepare all ingredients for the day
Organize stocks and ensure that FIFO procedure is followed.
Weigh and record individual ingredients for wastage tracking.
Make the inventory of all the ingredients.
Follow proper standards and procedures in preparation of food ingredients.
Qualifications
College level, preferably has subjects related to Food Preparation
Senior High graduate with at least 1 year work experience in F&B
Fresh Graduates are Welcome to Apply
Preferably with Kitchen (preparation) Experience
