This role is ideal for someone who loves to cook, enjoys 44 hours of work a week in the kitchen and is responsible.
Key Responsibility :
Prepare and cook Korean - Japanese cafe dishes ( training and recipe steps provided)
Food preparation work ( cutting, marination, sauce preparation)
Maintain kitchen cleanliness & hygiene standards
Follow SOP , aesthetic plating and portion control strictly
Assist in stock checking and basic inventory control
Work closely with service team for smooth operations
Requirements
Basic kitchen experience preferred ( cafe/ F&B experience a plus)
Responsible & reliable with good attendance record
Able to work well with other kitchen crew
Team player with positive attitude
