Kitchen & Dining Helper

• Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation (washing, peeling, chopping)
• Willing to learn basic cooking
• Help set up food stations and dining areas
• Serve food and beverages to customers as directed
• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
• Clean and sanitize kitchen, dining, and service areas
• Dispose of waste and maintain cleanliness standards
• Refill condiments, water, cutlery, and service supplies
• Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
• Support staff during busy meal periods
• Provide courteous assistance to customers when needed
• Experience in a Japanese restaurant is a plus
