Kitchen Equipment Technician

FILINVEST COMPANY: Quest Plus Conference Center Clark 

Responsible for the repairs and maintenance of all Kitchen Equipment Hot and Cold for Hotel, Mimosa Golf, Bay 49, Baker J, Kiosk or any Kitchen equipment under Mimosa Cityscapes Inc.

• Conducts regular inspection of all kitchen equipment of the Hotel including, golf clubhouse, Bay 49, Baker J Kiosk at Clark Airport Kitchen Equipment
• Reportsimmediately to engineer on duty any problems related to Kitchen equipment for immediate actions.
• Regular inspection of all Kitchen equipment breakages of equipment
• Conduct regular maintenance of all kitchen equipment thisincludes Refrigeration systems, hot and cold equipment
• Any other concerns raised at SARA application need to be attended, schedule repair
• Attends complaints with regards to Kitchen Equipment concerns
• Executes repairs and maintenance on regular basis or as directed by superiors
