Responsible for the repairs and maintenance of all Kitchen Equipment Hot and Cold for Hotel, Mimosa Golf, Bay 49, Baker J,Kiosk or any Kitchen equipment under Mimosa Cityscapes Inc.

• Conducts regular inspection of all kitchen equipment of the Hotel including, golf clubhouse, Bay 49, Baker J Kiosk at Clark Airport Kitchen Equipment
• Reportsimmediately to engineer on duty any problems related to Kitchen equipment for immediate actions.
• Regular inspection of all Kitchen equipment breakages of equipment
• Conduct regular maintenance of all kitchen equipment thisincludes Refrigeration systems, hot and cold equipment
• Any other concerns raised at SARA application need to be attended, schedule repair
• Attends complaints with regards to Kitchen Equipment concerns
• Executes repairs and maintenance on regular basis or as directed by superiors
