This role is responsible for supervising and supporting the stewarding team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and efficiency across all kitchen and back-of-house areas.

Kitchen Hand Supervisor plays a hands-on role in maintaining smooth daily operations, ensuring all kitchen equipment and utensils are spotless, and that safety and sanitation standards are consistently upheld.

Duties could include:

• Washing kitchen equipment and dishes
• Maintaining a constant supply of clean materials
• Ensuring all kitchen areas are clean and hygienically maintained, including mopping of floors and removing garbage
