About This Opportunity
UQ Customs House is seeking a reliable and motivated Casual Kitchenhand to join our culinary team in a premium hospitality environment.
This role supports the efficient day-to-day operation of the kitchen by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety and organisation, while assisting chefs with preparation tasks. Customs House delivers corporate events, functions and hospitality services, so professionalism, teamwork and attention to detail are essential.
Key responsibilities will include:
Maintaining cleanliness of food preparation and kitchen areas
Cleaning equipment, appliances, benchtops, floors, ovens and ranges
Washing dishes, pots and utensils in accordance with food safety standards...
