Kitchen Helper (* 5 Days Work Week + 44hours *)

We are seeking a Kitchen Helper to support our culinary team by maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. If you are responsible and have basic food preparation knowledge, we would like to meet you.

• Assist chefs with basic prep work, including washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables.
• Operate the industrial dishwasher and hand‑wash larger pots/pans. Ensure all cutlery, crockery, and cooking utensils are sanitized and stored correctly.
• Maintain a clean workspace by regularly wiping down counters, sweeping and mopping floors, and clearing trash bins.
• Assist in receiving deliveries, checking for freshness, and organizing the walk‑in‑chiller/freezer using the FIFO (First‑In‑First‑Out) method.
• Adhere to all SFA food safety and workplace safety regulations to prevent cross‑contamination or accidents.
