Wallace Chicken and Burger is looking for a KITCHEN HELPER to support our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate is hardworking, responsible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITY

• Assist in basic food preparation
• Support cooks in preparing chicken, burgers and sides items.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, utensils and equipment
• Wash dishes and ensure proper sanitation
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all time.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by manager

Requirements

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene is an advantage
