Kitchen Helper assists the kitchen team in food preparation, cleanliness, and overall kitchen operations to ensure efficient service and high food safety standards for club members and guests.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist cooks and chefs with basic food preparation such as washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients
• Prepare kitchen stations before service and clean up after service
• Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, storage rooms, and equipment
• Properly store food items following food safety and hygiene standards
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain garbage areas
• Assist in receiving and checking deliveries of food supplies
